Maakonnad of Estonia

Estonia is made up of 15 maakonnad. On this map you fly across the whole country and learn to place every maakond in the right spot — such as Saaremaa, Pärnumaa, Hiiumaa, Läänemaa and Ida-Virumaa. Once you know the maakonnad, the cities, rivers and mountains fall into place around them.
